What does this visa allow me to do?

What does this visa allow me to do?
A visa for business purposes is a visitor’s visa issued in terms of Section 11(2) of the Immigration Act. It allows one to visit South Africa for short periods for the purpose of conducting work activities ordinarily associated with one’s profession.

It is designed for those companies who need to send their employees to South Africa to fulfil a contractual obligation with a South African company/institution.

What does this visa allow me to do?
A dependent visa is issued in terms of Section 11(1)(b)(iv) of the Immigration Act. It allows one to join ones dependent spouse or parent who holds a long term visa for South Africa. For example, if your husband, holds a valid Critical Skills visa, then you can join your husband by applying a dependent visa.
